5 Times a week morning fasted cardio 1H

Intermittent Fasting or even 24 Hour fasts depends on my mood

I don't eat any sugar or any sweets no fastfood aswell

Just eggs,coffee , sometimes pasta
I eat rarely because I fast every 24-48 hours

Aren't you lossing muscle? That diet can barely maintain muscle

No muscle loss I even look bigger and leaner than before maybe cuz I started lifting
I have muscle memory as well
Maybe that's why who knows
