Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting

In the first photo, I pulled the skin under my eyebrows to hide my upper eyelids. The second photo shows how my eyes look normally.

Do you think it’s possible to achieve the look from the first photo permanently through fat grafting? Also, would you consider the eyes in the first photo to be hunter eyes?

It neither risky, neither high botch chance.
It is considered safe procedure with results lasting up to 10 years.
