Have you considered brow drop Botox in addition? Botox is unavoidable as you age anyway so might as well get used to it.

I was clear to him I wanted a significant reduction in UEE and to make them more symetrical, he said it wouldn't be possible to make a 'significant reduction' but he said he could improve it.

I've thought about Botox but don't want to be getting it every 6 months

You say it's gone to the sides of the brow ridge. Is this... okay? I know this Dr is legit one of the few people in the world that can do upper eyelid filler properly so he must of had a good reason right?
Also, he told me that my left eye slightly bulges out which no one has ever told me before like he could just look at my face and analyse everything. He said that under eye filler would be really bad for me and I shouldn't get it

It looks OK and natural to me.

Botox is actually more like every 3 months. But it’s cheap in comparison. And you’ll never have forehead wrinkles.

You should try it once at least to evaluate if you think the ongoing cost is worthwhile.
