Upper maxilla vs Lower maxilla

I have a very forward grown upper maxilla but my lower maxilla makes my philtrum and lips kinda flat. Which is more important for facial aesthetics?

It's because his lips are so insanely protrusive that it makes his chin look weak. His chin is very strong, but it's hidden under his insane lips.
