Some people say that ohp makes your shoulders look sloped. Whats the truth? @5.5psl @Arborist
 
That's not even the same muscle activation

OHP --> front delt and a bit of upper chest and lateral delt

UpRow --> Traps, rear delt and lateral delt

With upright rows by rotating your shoulder in the joint under tension, you damage the ligaments.

Do cardio and eat in a big caloric deficit. Please, please, please don't fall for the male gaze and lift weights. My advice will save your life.
 
Just do overhead presses and lateral raises, that's all that you need for shoulders.

Maybe include some rear delt exercise, but I don't do any cuz my rear delts already respond very well to rows and other pulling movements.
