Keeping it short. Many of you lack urgency, which is why you make little or no progress in life.
Urgent situations cause us to suspend deliberate thought and to act quickly. This has been well studied scientifically.
When we have a small window of opportunity, we think directly about what can happen if we don't take advantage of that opportunity (FOMO).
People are motivated by two factors: 1. avoid pain 2. gain pleasure. The first is of greater importance. That's why there are so many stories of rags to riches, because they suffer the most. (at least in the past, today life is on easy mod).
Your brain does not know what is real and what is imaginary. You can use this, you have to imagine that something very painful can happen if you don't act immediately. You need to imagine it in great detail, imagine the emotions involved, cover as many sensory organs as possible, and replay the imagination often.
There is a saying: "You only get what you can't live without under any circumstances." For example, you want a million, it is unlikely that it will work, but if you now need this money to finance an expensive operation to save your loved one, that is urgent, that will put your brain in a state and direct all energy to act immediately.
Urgency also eliminates all other emotions, be it fear, shyness, etc.
