I recently attempted thumb pulling after watching some YouTube videos, but I didn't find clear instructions. Unfortunately, I pushed my hard palate too hard for four days, which has changed the shape of my teeth and caused maxilla pain for the past two days. I've stopped thumb pulling, but I'm unsure what to do next. Should I stop this practice altogether, or is there a correct way to do it that could help me return my teeth to normal and alleviate the pain?
