This afternoon after I came back from school I went to sleep, when I woke up, I was like paralyzed, I kept swallowing air it felt like I couldn't breath I didn't understand what the fuck happened but it was awful

now I have to sleep again but I'm a lil scared it will happen again but worse, any tips? did this ever happen to any of you?

the thing is that I'm not even sure it actually happened maybe it was a dream, I don't know.

For me bruh it felt like someone or something was sitting on my chest. I felt like I got wind knocked out of me and all of a sudden I was frozen in place and fully aware I was stuck and couldn’t move. I was shouting for help in my head. Then my ass tightened up like I was about to get penetrated. Shit was crazy bruh terrible experience I don’t know how to explain it. Old myths say sleep paralysis are demons laying on your chest at night it’s so creepy bro. Makes u wonder if there is more to it…

Like what if they are always watching us and during sleep paralysis they are able to cross over into our dimension/conciousness and we are able to perceive them during these events only for some reason. It’s just so uncanny and weird. The brain is fascinating
