Life in the us isn't that bad if you live somewhere with a lot of nature like Montana or Colorado, or an affluent part of a major city. Besides poor areas, the worst places to live in America are the suburbs. You'll never find a more boring and soulless group of people than suburban Americans. It's suicide inducingly boring. If you don't have a car and enjoy living around people who only care about work and their kids you're fucked here.

That and the fact that most people in this country have main character syndrome. It's one of the reasons why hypergamy is so bad here.
