go to settings > accessibility > display & Text size > color filters > color tint, and turn up the red to maximum
it should now look like this
now try using it right before bed when ur room is dark, it literally calms u down, and doesn't even effect sleep
(unlike blue light which halts melatonin production)
now u can rot on here at night without getting insomnia and eye bags
