If you’re a teenager taking aromatase inhibitors and you’re not on at least 500mg test it’s so over for you. The “safest” aromatase inhibitor to use in puberty is arimidex since it doesn’t cross the BBB. Letrozol is often way too harsh at tanks e2. Exemestane crosses the blood brain barrier AND locally reduced e2 in the hippocampus which severely damages some brain functions. Estrogen is neuroprotective and crucial for proper brain development. Reducing it while in puberty can cause irreversible changes like frontal lobe underdevelopment. Being on ~500mg test while using aromatase inhibitors can mitigate the effects as there will be enough estrogen that is being aromatised. If you fell for the “hgh oh and don’t forget an ai muhhh what about fast bone aging” cope it’s over.

Neuron-Derived Estrogen Regulates Synaptic Plasticity and Memory - PubMed
17β-estradiol (E2) is produced from androgens via the action of the enzyme aromatase. E2 is known to be made in neurons in the brain, but its precise functions in the brain are unclear. Here, we used a forebrain-neuron-specific aromatase knock-out (FBN-ARO-KO) mouse model to deplete...
Neuron-Derived Estrogen Is Critical for Astrocyte Activation and Neuroprotection of the Ischemic Brain - PubMed
