I was wondering if i pin glutathione could i basically bring my liver back to regular function? Valproic acid can add overwhelming oxidative stress to the liver so technically i could use this to fix it no? I also could like figure out if i have any like Mitochondrial dysfunction, metabolic disruption, or like anything else just to see like if anything else is wrong but like for the most part i think i have a healthy liver. lmk.

it’ll help a bit, but it won’t completely offset valproate’s hepatotoxicity.
it’ll reduce oxidative stress but it can’t undo mitochondrial inhibition or fatty acid buildup caused by valproate itself.
inject glutathione 300-600mg 2-3x/week with NAC 1200mg/day, plus TUDCA 1000mg/day
also check your carnitine levels, valproate depletes it fast, and that’s a big reason for its liver strain.
500-1000mg L-carnitine daily helps a lot.
