One of the side effects I often hear from GH use is that it can increase jaw size leading to a gap between your front teeth which most will require braces to correct
Is this only a side effect from high doses or also possible with moderate doses? Athletes like Carl Lewis suddenly needed braces in their 20s most likely due to GH use
I'm starting invisalign in a few weeks so I think it may be an ideal time to start GH since I wont have to worry about my teeth falling out of position if my jaws do grow
Using GH is mostly out of curiosity to see if it can cause any bone growth despite me being mid 20s.
I wont be roidcelling or doing strict bodybuilding training while using it
I have switched my focus to sprint training and I think getting a few GH cycles under my belt could help with performance

I’m pretty sure you only have to worry about that at acromegalic doses, HGH is used a lot in the NBA, players come back from what would’ve otherwise been career ending injuries, Lebron had a tumour in his jaw (likely from long term HGH use) that he had to get removed, but even then he doesn’t have visible jaw hypertrophy over the years

How does GH work with regards to increasing sporting performance?
Is it just the least detectable option?
I recall baseball players using a lot of GH which makes one wonder if it somehow helps with co-ordination
I wonder how good Messi would be if he wasn't pumped with GH all during puberty

HGH's main benefits are recovery, better sleep, less catabolism post workout, burns bodyfat while retaining muscle, increased joint, tendons and ligament durability, more bone mineral density.

Which is why a lot of athletes use it for coming back from an injury or to recover between games and practices, as well as staying lean but retaining muscle, contrary to popular belief HGH isnt a strong anabolic but it is a very strong anti-catabolic for muscle which allows people to get leaner than they otherwise would have been able to and retain size.

If your goal is to increase cardiovascular performance and whatnot, you could look into EPO's but using them long term might be risky.

Thanks, do you think using HGH serves any benefit over using testosterone when it comes to recovery from athletics training?
My main reason for PED use is just to train more frequently with more resilience to injury so that I can improve my ability in a shorter timeframe
I still have a fantasy in my mind that it can unlock some extra bone growth, like those basketball players you hear about who grow from 6'4 to 6'6+ in college

I think HGH is better for tendon and bone strength which is why it’s the go to use especially for injury.
Test would be a better muscle builder and for explosiveness.
HGH is more expensive (secretagouges like ipamorelin are dirt cheap tho) compared to test. But the benefit of HGH would be you don’t need post cycle therapy or have to worry about shutting down endogenous production.
