Using isotretinoin without severe acne?

Is it kinda retarded for me to use 0.2mg/kg/day of isotret for a year? I only have very mild acne but i also want it for nose shrinkage

I mean clav uses it without acne so it should be fine. Although the side effects are quite brutal so i would use topical tret instead

u can use it but u need blood tests try creams and skin care routine instead
