Don't use sunscreen.
Check out these posts, I have been following these guidelines around 8 months ago and I finally got the tan I've always wanted, I was pale white. I'm sure you will get good results.

In reality howmuch a tan damages your skin will depend on your skin type and complexion.

But you can use beta carotene supplements and eat a lot of carrots and potatoes, beta carotene is deposited in the skin and gives a brighter undertone. Also supplement vitamin C

The knowledge there is nothing special, you just need to get exposure to sun to get tanned yea I know that.
Have you seen that old trucker's one side of the face all full of wrinkles because it had been exposed to the sun?
I don't think the sun is bad for you but I want to be 40/50 and still look great with minimal wrinkles

The key is blocking UVA while letting UVB reach your skin. The former destroys your collagen, the latter gives you a tan

So you search for sunscreen that only blocks UVA?

Any suggestion on a sunscreen that can achieve this?

sunburn is caused by veggies (there are countless studies on this). if you eat a raw meat diet you don't get sunburns but tan.

sunscreen is a meme unless you're staying out for several hours in July midday clear skies with pale skin
