I have average clavicles in terms of length but they're V shaped, is there a way to improve that with/without surgery and also is it a major falio or just something that's gonna make it tougher to build a wide frame.

No one really has completely straight clavicles- it’s anatomically impossible.

A more pronounced V seems to often come with slightly more squared shoulders as well.

Ultimately, It’s all about looking wide regardless of clavicle shape.

agree, however the only effect i can think of is limited clavicle width, since straighter = wider but as long as theyre not narrow i dont think it matters what shape they are

20" in a neutral relaxed stance, if i pull my shoulders together its obviously below that

muscle hypertorphy
if your new to the gym and training only for hypertrophy train 4x weekly
upper day 2 sets x 6-8 reps 1-2 rir(reps in reserve) and one movement for each upper body muscle
lower day 2 x 6-8 1-2 rir for every leg muscle
rest
repeat
you can add inches to your bidelt
the "v" shaped clavicles is normal to an extent

ill definitely workout to add inches but do you think clavicle lengthening/reshaping could improve the V-shape and make it straighter?
