I should be gatekeeping this but why not. If you want bigger lats just do wide-grip pull ups to failure. Gave me a v-taper in just 3 months.

Make sure your head is under the bar for more muscle-fiber activation.

2. Do 3 sets to failure once every 2 days

I'm a pretty skinny guy so this really helped me.


Buying a pull-up bar to put on your wall will be the best investment of your life. Mine only costed around $15 and mounting it took half an hour.
