Valerian makes mild anxxiety go away, in the cost of me being really emotional. Can anyone relate?

Title, idk if its just me but every time i take valerian i am really soft and emotional, like i can cry from a movie wich i never do. Honestly it helps when im relaxed without risk of having stress. But if i experience something stressfull like a breakup it seems like me anxiety is even worse and im bawling my eyes out. Literally today took valerian and became some deppressed i cant help but think that im a failure that im so fucking ugly that i dont deserve shit, and i feel lonely as fuck even tho im not?

but its normal knew a guy who took valerian, was a constant sobbing mess for a few weeks before it mellowed out
i would try to do some more research tbh, i don't think most guys here have actual done it
