Made a thread about this as well, check it out

I agree with your assessment, that youth maxxing is key and you need to do whatever possible to not look older. Some users have anti aged successful from the early 30s, like 33-35, and look now 25-27, so roughly 5-8 years shaved off. They didn't look that much older to begin with but their was noticeable progress. Amnesia is a good example.

There should never be direct sunlight on you through glass, it ages you badly. You know the trucker with half his face aged from the sun. The truth is this sunscreen propaganda forgets one thing and that is the glass. When you are out in the sun just like that, you can enjoy all the benefits of the sun.

But why is the glass causing all the problems? Car windows have no protection from uv rays. That means it doesn't trigger DNA repair (as a normal walk in the sun would do), it just damages your skin. If you drive a truck you have to use sunscreen, but you don't need it when you walk around. The same goes for the windows in your house.

TLDR: Never direct sunlight, if indirect its fine. Also deactivate blue light on your screen.

Do you have a mac/iphone? Then simply activate night shift permanently. Turn the slider completely to the right, i.e. to warm. Then blue light is filtered.

For windows I know nothing, but you can google, should not be too difficult
