Are the metabolic effects of vaping well documented or are they just cope
It is well known that nicotine is an appetite supressant and i assume that is why so many models smoke ciggarettes, upon some research i found that allegedly nicotine can increase metabolism and i was wondering if thats true or just cope.
To prefix this i have been vaping already for two or more years so im not asking if i should start i am just wondering is that a real effect because i already see effects of the nicotine for appetite supressant as it really really takes away my apetite but i was wondering about the metabolic effects
Also if anyone knows the extent of vaping or nicotines laxity of the skin as i am aware that smoking makes the skin sag more
