hi all , IM turning 15 this january end ,so basically ive been a vegetarian my whole life since my parents dont let me eat meat , recently ive realized the importance of meat,so right now im eating 6 eggs a day and 700ml ish milk daily and some supplements i take are: d3 k2 magnesium zinc omega 3(epa+dha) b12 b complex and some hair supplement my derma gave(using it for a month).
since meat isnt allowed im going to start to secretly order it along with my eggs(i think ill try to do once a week since its hard and my parents will doubt and ask me why i order too frequently but once or twice a week, i cant get caught with it or else it'll be bad)
so when i secretly order it ill have to cook it then and eat it then itself , ill just cook it anyhow idc about the taste.
SO THE QUESTION IS WHICH MEAT SHOULD I ORDER AND WHICH PART, TO GAIN MAXIMUM BENEFITS SINCE IM ONLY ABLE TO DO IT ONCE A WEEK,AND WHICH EXTRA NUTRIENTS IM GETTING IF U GOT ANY IDEA.
ALSO HOW SHOULD I EAT IT LIKE HOW DO I COOK IT HOW LONG FOR AND WHAT QUANTITY I SHOULD TRY

also any other supplements i should add to max out more.
also dont tell something like sue my parents or sm the place i live that shit aintt working, ropemaxxing advice is fine. also from my previous conversations is discord etc most have recommended cow meat like cow liver etc i know its the best but where i live i cant get cow meat so please tell me which meat i eat.
