Veins under eyes?

Anyone have experience with veins under eyes? What causes this and how to fix it?

I should note I'm low bf (close to 11%). Perhaps this makes them more pronounced? I am quite vascular in general

sounds like the skin under your eyes maybe a bit thin and its causing the vein/veins to be visible, you can treat this with sclerotherapy but this isnt a common form of treatment for it, the most common treatment is tear trough filler.
i would do some research into periorbital veins if i was you aswell, that should help you know a bit more.

my under eyes are not bad and i have it on one side. i think its lack of sleep + thin skin

I'm getting at least 8 hrs of sleep a night, I also have thin skin though
