First I'm going to mention a male coworker. He's fat, ugly, bald, and a tad strange. Yet he dated a hot female coworker. They became pretty serious (they were engaged at one point). Even though his relationship with her eventually ended, he ultimately ended up dating yet another hottie (who he recently married)

As another example, I went to high school with a fat ugly guy who was more than a tad strange. Yet he had 2 girlfriends in high school. He ended up getting yet another steady girlfriend in college (Last I heard, when we were 24-ish, he was still with the college girlfriend. I then lost track of him). In his case, his girlfriends were nothing special in terms of looks. Still though, the fact he could get a series of steady relationships is impressive.

As for the secret of these dudes (for how they manage to get steady relationships despite their strangeness and subpar looks)? Despite being strange, they aren't quite autistic.

Autism is perhaps the worst trait for a guy to be born with. Even if you have decent looks, being autistic will hold a guy back more than being a fat/ugly/strange-in-a-non-autistic-way neurotypical guy. I am exhibit A of how autism, even with decent looks, is the biggest curse for a guy.

I'm in better shape and look better than the 2 dudes I mentioned on this post, yet I'm the escortcel of the 3 of us. Go figure.

The male coworker switched to work-from-home once the pandemic came (so I haven't seen him in-person in ages). If I had to guess, I believe he's 5'11" or so.

Just the general traits of autistic men turn the typical foid off.

Additionally, our difficulty in reading a foid's clues can cause us to miss out on opportunities. There have probably been instances where a foid was throwing herself at me, yet my autistic ass failed to pick up on her clues.

-Many autists have little to no social life (myself included)
-Many autists are low income (myself included)
