Couldn't he get away with lefort II only? His eye area is ruined hard, it's like 2 people sewed together

I've never seen a distraction LF3 that didn't cause really bad asymmetry

I also think the guy has enough problems in life without a topic like this being created

Nah, I was confused at first too...

He def looked better in the before.. Like his eye area got fucked hard with lf3, it was legit normal, what was the point of cutting there when his only problem was in the lf2 region

Sorry boys I dnrd the redditmaxxed post and larpmaxxed but it says he only got it removed July which was at the time of the post and it takes a year for the full swelling to go down from lf3 so it’s way too early to be judging anything. And I believe he got it for airway gains mainly

This is why we dont use distraction osteogenesis for smaller (aesthetic) movements. DO sounds perfect in theory, and is a subject of obsession & mental mastiurbation by autists, but actually it's hard to control the accuracy. Custom guides with custom plates is the best option.

This case also has another major problem: The nasal septal osteotomy was not done properly. The nose did not move forward so it's squished. Probably because the osteotomy was not complete. Small chance there was a good reason for this/was intentional, but it looks terrible.

he looks worse but he looked so bad from the start that no amount of surgeries would fix him so im happy he at least gets to eat and breathe normally now
