very developed ogee curve but face looks flat from front?

So i noticed this interesting thing about me. I have a very developed ogee curve when looked at from 3/4th but when i look at it from the front it suddenly looks much flatter. Is it because of my high(25-27%) bodyfat? im kind of confused.
