Very Recessed infra rims + sclera show is awful suifuel. (HELP)

Holy shit it hinders me from living life and being happy. I fucking hate taking pics with people and having to fucking tense my whole face and look constipated just to still have sclera show sclera exposure + lower lid exposure from recessed rims+ hollow under eyes AND fucking upper eyelid exposure makes my whole eye area look Giga round and utter shit and having t40s doesn’t help.

Saddled infra orbital implants + upper eyelid fat grafting or rope.

I’m apprehensive about the risks like infection or mis placement. Has anyone gotten saddled infra orbital implants or know anyone? Best surgeons???? Would appreciate any input regarding saddled infra orbital implants and the infra orbital region in general or any alternatives to correcting sclera show + recessed rims if you deem saddled implants too risky.

Fat grafting alone will not help, my rim is significantly behind my orbit aka negative orbital vector. Implants seem to be needed

Im ok with the expense but for people like me with very poor infra rims and lower lid support due to no bone support, saddled implants seem to be the only way. Why would you say overrated

I mean you probably do benefit more from other surgeries. Sure if you want to improve ogee curve its worth but just for the infra region itself its not so valuable. But if you need, go to some of the italians or some us surgeon

My ogee curve is already good, very high set and prominent cheekbones, good malars, it’s just my infra orbital region that’s nerfing me, my under eye region and eye shape as a whole due to schlera is absolutely horrid, and all due to infra recession, it would be a great roi for me.

Basically the best material for implants unless you need very strong structural integrity which in that case titanium alloys are better. It's a polymer rather than a metal and has low bone resorption, doesn't get cold like titanium could, and has very similar properties to actual bone.

Basically, nigger, what you should do is CHILL THE FUCK OUT! Many people get implants with whoever. Chill, do not overcomplicate, plan it and you will have ok results. Obviously dont be a retard about it, if ur cheekbones suck get implants. But dont get some huge ass implants, otheriwise ur gonna look like that foid who rejected my buccal fat removal in my consultation (dumb bitch that happened to be a consultant, she wasnt even a fucking surgeon so fuck her, her implants were so botched that I almost started crying just for her) And if you wonder what was botched, well they were too motherfucking big, and she was too motherfucking bluepilled to realize.
