Hello;

Progress :

Been using 8ui of HGH every single day aince June
Hgh is stacked with numerous other compounds that affiliate and enhances the benefits (peg-mgf, bpc-157 for exemple)
Started teriparatide in september
Arimidex 0,5mg EOD

Starting point : 16,5yo | 176cm, 177,5 in the morning after spine decompression

Now : 17yo | 177,6cm | 179cm in the morning

BONE AGE : 18 (bone age is 1 year older than me due to high estrogen (due to bf) during childhood therefore I had my growth spurt earlier than I shouldve have.

I also lost a lot of weight in between, started off 94kg, I am now 80kg and going even downer, i think it definitely helped with the posture and the way my bones had less “stress” therefore more room for growth.

Also started bonesmashing my heels (no joke) and I can definitely see my heels getting longer, but this is obviously not to abuse since you dont wanna have a deformed feet

I might continue until I feel it’s just enough to not feel discomfort when using shoes etc.

This is a really small recap, but few other things apart from that happened such as my insulin sensitivity being extremely low due to months of continuous high hgh dosage, so I had to go on high doses on retatrutide to counter (8mg a week), I also made a 6 week igf1lr3 cycle which didnt help in the insulin sensitivity.

nah i can show u a picture of my feets, my heels are like making a sort of “spike” at the middle, it’s uncomfortable at the beginning and you definitely feel it weird, but over time, it can add maybe few mm to your height (2-4,dont hope for 1cm lol)

I know, I was just convincing myself it was better “because higher dosage”

But 8iu now is reasonable. It’s the limit my endocrinologist gave me. (He knows abt my stuff and gives advices for risk reduction)

For now I don’t have any bad bad side effects.

Only thing I’ve had till now = some heavy signs of type 2 diabetes
"just some minor stuff like type two diabetes :feelsuhh:"

Only thing I have for now is heavy signs of a disease that’s potentially fatal at the ripe age of 18 jfl

I’m on 8mg retatrutide per week to counter that, mow the signs are not as strong as before.

increasing or decreasing every week depending on my bloodwork insulin levels.

any facial changes?

why? it doesnt help with height
MGF in PEG-MGF is directly linked to growth factor, more specifically the “Ec” one (IGF-1Ec)

No direct studies or proof of it’s action with hgh, but theoretically links with the hgh

PS: IGF-1Ec is mainly used for muscle and not for bones, but it can have small action on the bone growth during puberty.
