I was the one that convinced this forum that 10% bodyfat was ideal for men. Before my ignorant rants, the forum saw 15% - 20% with higher muscle mass as ideal for natty.

Roiders can be high muscle mass and low bodyfat, but as far as natty potential it's either high muscle mass or low bodyfat, even with perfect gym, training, and supplementation.

Now I'm beginning to suspect that both the 20% bf, high muscle mass and the 10% bf lower muscle lifter can get girls, with the deciding factor how NT you come off as, and how good your facial bone structure is.
