Anyone who plays please critique my form this is day 7 for me

I don’t really know where to begin with that but cool that you’re picking it up. I played back in middle school through sophomore year

Yeah but it’s day 7 so of course it is. Not an insult, just an assessment.

1. Keep both feet parallel to the base line and shoulder width. Turn at waist to hit serve. Toss should stay in front of you.
2. Same thing but begin with arms together and swing racquet arm back and up as you toss. Look at pro slow mos to see what I mean
3. Bend knees as you begin arm motion, extend as you hit
4. Same thing but line up with rear foot toes in line with front heel. When you bend knees put all weight on front leg and slide rear foot forward and extend as you hit. This will turn you 90 degrees to face the net and momentum will pull you a few steps in.
5. Make the toss higher and further forward, turn that knee extension into a jump
6. Reps on reps on reps

Just get better and see who you end up playing like. I was never really into following sports so I don’t know what styles different players have

Just get better and see who you end up playing like. I was never really into following sports so I don’t know what styles different players have

However many you think is fair just spend a few minutes going through my content, few dozen I guess. I’ve had positive ratio lately but I want to catch up from all the greycel posts
