How can you get scammed? I swear they pay and once you send it you receive the money. If they try say it hasnt arrived just make sure u have a tracking label

its rare, but always properly communicate with the buyers. sometimes you can identify scammers if their username makes no sense or they have no reviews with ai generated profile picture

don t sell anything over 60$ thats counterfeit on vinted there is a refund scam going on that i also did like 5 times easy 3 pairs of shoes and 2 puffers

they can use ai to edit the picture of your item to have stains or other damage on it when they receive it, then file a claim to vinted and get a refund

Never sell valuable items over Vinted. There are so many easy ways to scam a seller, and Vinted strongly favors buyers- having a non‑existent Ai-based customer support as well.

If you do sell there, offer PayPal business and make sure you’re paid upfront.

most of the time its safe and you will not get scammed. i suggest you do everything through the sysyem, its safer that way. in case the buyer isnt satisfied you can request a return to get your item back

you will know the adress of the post office your parcel will be shipped to after vinted generates a shipping label for you

i ask em to go through a 3 party shipping agent like dpd so they pay at the door and also check the parcel with the courier so nobody can get scammed

If you have 2 users that want to buy your item, one is a new user and offers 50$ and the other is a good looking account but offers 45$
YOU SHOULD STILL PICK THE GOOD LOOKING ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOU LOSE A BIT OF MONEY

Scamming a seller on Vinted is the easiest shit ever like really, don't take risks for nothing

I believe Vinted started doing smarter stuff for sellers though, like if you report something, the seller either chooses to get the item back and refund the money completely, or he only refunds 50% and the buyer keeps the item.

Still, this leaves room for scam from the buyer.
