Well, I've been looking and I don't see any post talking about this.
Before I start, know that this method isn't permanent, but it's a perfect way to reduce your water retention and get rid of that puffy face. This also will prove the cause of your bloated face, because if nothing happens to you, it's probably your bloating is caused by fat or a poor bone structure.

I've only seen a video talking about this and I investigated by myself to know more about this.

So, it's not a hard method, you don't have to do any effort at all. This one consists in taking vitamin C, BUT in high doses.
Vitamin C in high doses acts like a natural diuretic, that means it flushes out excess extracellular water (bloat). Like I said at the start, the excess extracellular water is probably the cause of your puffy, bloated face, because water is being retained under the skin.
When you overdose your body with vitamin C, it increases glomerular filtration rate, which stimulates renal sodium and water excretion, and it also reduces aldosterone (a hormone that directly promotes water retention in the body), so less aldosterone means less water retention.
So how much vitamin C do you have to take? So I took 4 grams spaced throughout the day (not all at the same time) and within 24 hours the difference was notorious.
Keep in mind that this is an overdose, and this isn't a long-term fat loss. Yes, it will get rid of that baby face bloat, but you can't do this often because it obviously has secondary effects, like:

  • Diarrhea
  • Stomach cramps
  • Nausea
  • Increased risk of kidney stones, especially in people prone to them.

I recommend this method to do before a date or some special day. You do this a day before and you will see the difference in your face.

Supplement right?

I'll try it and see if you're right

Debloating is pretty easy. Run a course of furosemide, 80 mg per day for 5 days. That's it, your are debloated. It doesn't have significant sides, ototoxicity is quite rare and happens mostly with intravenous administration and it is %99.9 temporary. After debloating yourself, you should watch your sodium, potassium intake and make sure that they are in optimal range. Stay away from drugs that cause fluid retention if you don't want it to happen again. By debloating, I don't mean the genuine lack of bone structure or high body fat induced bloated look. You cannot fix them via medication.
