Some studies suggest over 1000 IUs a day isnt doing much extra for people.

you are overdosing, take 4000 UI a day to maintain good level

The Sun is number one, always will be. If you can't get sun, wild caught fish, shellfish or organs. But again, you need the sun not tablets

Your body treats Vitd3 the same as the suns vitd

Yeah but what does that mean? Because if someone has a vitamin d deficiency, and you physically measured it with a blood test, then you need 10k+, sometimes even 50k if they aren't responding, to get the vitamin D levels to normal levels, and that can take well over a month to achieve. So what does it mean to say 1000 IU isn't doing much extra for people? For people already at normal levels? Estimates suggest most people are deficient.

I hate studies, not for what they are, but for how they are interpreted, it's wicked, the impact these interpretations can have.

This. LOL If you have a vitamin D deficiency, the protocol is extreme supplementation, it would never be, stand out in the sun, get aged, risk skin cancer, all for the possibility of getting vitamin D levels to normal.

I bold "possibility" because in most regions, it's not even possible to get adequate sunlight. :lul: :lul: :lul: God, people are so stupid, it's funny but sad. I aim to help people, so I get to laugh from time to time.

Oh, and to answer the OP, no one here can answer that. You need to get bloodwork and from there you can at least get an answer, but preferably from a doctor.

the sun turns your cholesterol into hormones like vitamin d and testosterone if you take vit d and don't go out in the sun you will have high cholesterol and low t

put sunscreen on your face and expose the rest of your body to not age facially

Yeah, very important, if you are taking vitamin D, you need to get blood tests to know where your levels are. If you are deficient, you need to supplement to get to normal levels, if you aren't' then you need to supplement w/e is needed to maintain levels.

I'm kind of out of it at the moment but you should be taking Vitamin D3 + K2, look into why and how that correlates with the sutdy you linked. I'm not really in the position to read, I can read later and respond to it. I doubt I disagree with anything in the study, as I noted, studies are usually fine, it's the interpretation (article writer + you) that might not be fine.

The sun doesn't age your skin or "give you cancer", you just know nothing about nutrition

I take 10000 ius every day and feel way better when I'm on it, just take k2 potassium and you don't have to worry about kidney stones

If you are not dark ash it will age your skin

10,000 is ideal range

but you can get every beneficial wavelength from LEDs

You're fine if you take k2 with it

Study I’ve seen:

In an old persons home they test their vit D3 levels before arriving and then further checkups

10,000 - 50,000 IU every day increased baseline d3 levels in all patients for a year before plateauing

Patients given below 10,000 IU showed no increase in levels and only maintained baseline levels

Dosages recommended:

Defficient - 10,000 - 50,000
Maintenance - 2000 - 4000

Search up dr John Campbell Vit d3 on YT he has plenty of good vit d3 videos where he looks over studies

Lmfao no you can't this is top tier autism
Almost all SolRx devices are sold as UVB-Narrowband and for most patients it should be the waveband that is tried first. It is by far the most common choice for psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic-dermatitis (eczema), and Vitamin D deficiency; because it has proven to be very effective for both clinical and home-use, and it is theoretically safer than the alternatives.

The benefits in sunlight exist in its full spectrum wavelengths, you can create any wavelength with electricity -_-. what is the autizm?
