I have been taking 5000-10,000 in the past 10 months and I came off it a week or two ago. I can tell you that absolutely no change has been done in how I feel, how I look, my performance, mental state and overall physical attributes. Now all I take is my multivitamin along with 200 mg magnesium, 15 mg zinc and 3 mg boron and I do perfectly fine.

Whats ur reasoning behind taking synthetic vitamin d? What effects are u expecting?

It worked for me because where I live rn It barely gets any sunlight.

I just have slight better motivation to get things done like getting on track with gym days.
Other than that it didn’t affect my depression I had
 
I can also confirm that Vitamin D is cope. Didnt help my winter depression one bit

Just makes your blood sticky and increases blood pressure through a build up of calcium
Even if I had k2 on the other hand you still need very large amounts of it to prevent the side effects

source for this claim ? If there would be so heavy side effects the producers of vitamin D supplements would have to declare it

Taking too many vitamin D supplements over a long period of time can cause too much calcium to build up in the body (hypercalcaemia). This can weaken the bones and damage the kidneys and the heart. If you choose to take vitamin D supplements, 10 micrograms a day will be enough for most people.

I think retinol (animal based vitamin A) is the most effective fat soluble vitamin for boosting motivation.

Many of the foods high in vitamin A also have adequate D (egg yolks, liver, cod liver oil, butter)

U dont have to label side effects from excess usage when its not a medication jfl.

They only have to put the recommended daily dose of x tablets

don"t blame a very powerfull hormone bcs you used some shitty chinese suplements
