Vitamin D won’t have an effect on your ,,bonemass” so dont worry about it

yes but some are better than others in calclium absorpation so i wanted to know from other peoples experiences
the difference is so insignificant i would not bother. if hard roids show absolutely not a molecule of evidence for changing bone structure not even by a millimeter what makes you think a different type of vitamin D will. use your brain

soooo it doesnt matter which one

it doesnt even matter if you take 50g of vitamin D a day. nothing absolutely NOTHING will change your bone structure from what it was coded for in your genes other than surgery

That is just a lie, eating healthy and getting more calcium would obviously improve bone health and growth..? there are alot of examples of this in real life

there is no evidence that diet will significantly affect bonemass or height to what is genetically predetermined. stop coping

but weight lifting doesnt change it either right?

Raw milk (If you're still developing)
nigga im asking for places to buy raw milk, i know it sounded like a dumb question but its not that easy to get when your entire country sells it pasteurized

weight lifting is going to make you shorter because it raises your cortisol which fucks up the natural hormonal levels in your body

Sunlight is the best way to get Vitamin D. Taking supplements don't work for bonemass

by your logic since tren twins take exogenous hormones and train like hamsters on a wheel they should be 7ft tall gigachads with 99th percentile bonemass instead of 5'4" acne riddled goblins :lul::lul::lul:

.... no? as i said IT MAXES out puberty it doesnt change it, like if you take your mom and dads height and add them, then add 13 and divide by 2, thats your average height, now remove 8 if you eat and train like shit, at 5-8 if you actually are healthy and train, so if you get 180 on average, you could be 175, while if you max out puberty you could be lets say 185
