ive been taking 3000 iu d3 and 100mg k2 for 3 months, because i have been deficient from using sunscreen every day 365/24/7 since ive been 16 im 23 atm

tbh id still apply maybe once in the morning spf 20 or 30 even if ur in a cold place because the uva rays are present year round at all places, obviously no need to go crazy tho like reapplying every 2hs
