It doest not work its 0 or 1. Its better to take 10000 d3 vitamin everyday for few years than take 40000k d3 per year and then stop. More not always means its better.

Interesting. I take k2 and d3 and drink around 3L milk everyday. I gained a lot of muscle and bone mass on face from that.

Dude if you care about building bone you need to add strontium citrate. It's a heavier version of calcium and increases bone density by 15%, increase bone quality, increases cortical thickness, and reduces trabecular separation (holes) in bone. It's so effective that it's sold as an osteoporosis drug, they add ranelate which does nothing just so they can sell it as a pharmaceutical. You can buy strontium citrate without a prescription though, does the same thing.
