Supplements you should not take
Many people on this server tell you to take MK67, IGH, steroid and what not but all of this is not necessary especially while your growing cause if not used correctly you may have to be dependent on artifiicial testosterone depending on what your decide to take plus the study on its effects on a growing body are still insufficient to take safely. Just stay away from shit that makes your dick shrink

A nigger living in washington would need to supplement with D3. If you're white and its cloudy outside and you stand outside shirtless for just 45 minutes your body will absorb all the D3 you need, if its sunny out with a UV of 8+ it'll only take 15 minutes for like 30,000 IU I think. D3 supplementation is absolutely not needed.
 
I think people sometimes forget that D3 is closer to a hormone than it is to a true vitamin.

Vitamin upto 2000mg is safe taken externally and during growth taking excess d3 is awfully good for you though on the surface your also right but this thread is for people who are still growing

You have a good point but during growth excess vitamin boosts your t3 production which in tern boosts your bone mass its like me asking you if you want 5 dollars for no price or 10 dollars for 2 dollars and for fish if you live near costal area then sure omega 3 is not necessary
