How much of these should i consume every day? I found that «To maintain healthy baseline levels, an adult should aim for ~10 mg zinc, ~350 mg magnesium, ~100 µg vitamin K2, and ~10–20 µg vitamin D3 daily»

Is this true, if not, what should i aim for?

lowk man i take 50 mg zinc 300 mg magnesium and 100 mcg k2 and skip d3 cause of the zinc absorption going in stronger but if u take d3 go like 4k to 6k ius

Why would i skip D3?
