how much should I take of MK-4 or MK-7? heard MK-4 is better, but cant really find any high-dose supplements where I live.

Mk4 unless taken In high doses doesn’t do shit and does not raise serum levels. Mk7 was actually found to raise mk4 levels more than mk4 supplementation itself.

-> take mk7 if you realllyyy need to

Note that it might cause you some crazy fucking insomia (did with me and probably caused some lasting damage) as not only does it deplete magnesium but also calcium.

I played around with supplements for a year and sure some did help but at the end it was a net negative. The only supplement I found good was creatine HCL but I discounted that now as my diet is on point.

Best way is just stick to nature.

thanks for the reply, I already take 400mg magnesium glycinate daily so is that enough to maintain the magnesium levels in the body?

Probaky but you also need a lot of calcium. I honestly would recommend just not taking it. Maybe try it for a bit but immediately STOP if you notice insomnia or something
