Idk why nobody made a vitamin guide yet, or atleast i have not found it. I dont know which vitamins should i take, i would want to get higher test, possibly more height or bonemass if thats even possible from vitamins. Can yall help me?
 
If your diet is good and balanced you won't need most of them, but it can be a good idea to supplement with certain minerals and maybe vit D if you're lacking sun exposure. If you wanna be really thorough, you get bloodwork to see if you have any deficiencies, then treat said deficiencies with the lacking vitamins

Because they are pretty know and they aint that important for most people. Just take vitamin C, vitamin D and K2, Calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium

A multivitamin would be good to start with and add anything else you think you could benefit from or may be deficient in

You need calcium and K2 if you are getting D3 supplements. You probably consume enough K2 anyways so take D3 supplements and eat/drink mear milk etc. But ts wont change much except maybe for skin and mental health.
