How do we know if our opinion, desire, need is truly ours and not bewn forced onto us by propaganda?
Maybe I'm just overthinking and shit but everything becomes harder when you understand that you get manipulated by the mainstream media.
For example you have a goal like:"achieving money" Or "getting married" But how do yk if you really want it?
Yeah and that's not some goatis shit, he's a slave too imo
My first thought would be :"well if i enjoy it, then i truly want it, right" But that's hedonism.. And is hedonism always right? Probably not
My second thought was :"well, if it doesn't align with a popular opinion then it must be my true desire" But i couldve just copied some1 else's niche opinion and forgot about it
My third thought was:"why do i care about my desires and wishes for sm ill day at 100 years max" And didn't know a counter-argument to that statment but then i saw YOLO people...
