Concealer as the other guy mentioned would work, aside from that you’d be looking into filler/implant territory

been curious about this myself for a while but with all these surges of it and like no one really having results makes me think it's cope. Technically eye bags can be both bone recession and lack of fat so even if it did work and you got some fat production on the under eyes your bones are still lacking so not helpful. Like others are saying, makeup seems like better option.
