Does Volufiline actually work? Some people say it doesn’t, while others say it does, so I’m not sure what to believe. If it does work, which areas are best to apply it to? I would think it’s useful for wrinkles, but others say to use it on your uee and eye bags.

It worked for me to some extent. I used it on my uee and it's been doing it's job but when I started cutting the little fat I accumulated went away pretty fast. I won't compalin tho because it left some skin there minimalizing my uee a tiny bit, so I'd try it unless you don't have much money to spend.

Yes, before bed. It won't cause harm if u do it in the morning but it will leave your skin oily for a whole day (unless you mix it with some moisturizer but I saw better results while not doing so [just make sure it doesn't get into your eyes]).
