50/50. It depends on how bad it is. Just remember, Itachi lines can also be a sign of dehydration, so drink enough water and see if they improve

Why would it be?

infraorbital hollowness would cause the tear trough which is why getting fat graft/implants fixes it

I’m not saying hollowness can’t cause tear troughs

I’m saying visible lines there don’t necessarily mean infraorbital hollowness, dehydration and skin quality can cause lines without actual volume loss
