its like a workout thing they do at taekwondo, I'd rather do something else but got signed up 3 years ago, but DONT have 5 hour energy's they always make u sick dude idk why,
I got sick the other times but this time really sucked cause I got like a little on me cause I tried to hold it in, not a huge amount but still, and it was the one time they put me with a female for the drills (like pushups and punching bag etc) so I just had vomit on me in front a female it sucked, I'll be able to quit in week though so thats cool ig.
tldr vomited and got some on me at testing, had to stand next to female after for like 30 minutes
