Just took a pill of vyvanse and got a thought.
What drives the human motivation, and where is the selective pressure?
Gonna make it short
All animals have a thing that leads to mating success. Bears have strength, elephants have size, birds are smart and built nests, raindeers have antlers, peacocks have their tails, but what about humans? Some would say that we are getting hotter, taller etc, but males and females are not that different in size. So what differentiate humans? It is their huge innate drive to earn money, and wealth. What is a masculine man? It's a man that works 20 hours a day, and do everyting to get money in the bank. Boxers, Infuencers, buisnessmen, politicians are all huper focused on increasing their pocket size.
Why do we not still lives in caves, eat meat all day, and then take a swim in the ocean like everybody else in the animal kingdom? It could be in our evolutionary past women selected for the richest men, so that the most hardworking man built a huge house and starting farming everybody elses food. He got rich. Then ended up with impregnating all women in the village. His hardworking genes passed to the next generation. Then of all of his 20 sons, only the most hard working son passed his genes, and so on and on. Thats why we today have huge cities with lots of innovative stuff, when we look outside our windows.
Testosterone increase motivation to earn money, there are litterally 1000's of studies to prove that. Sidenote DHT increases greedy behavoir (so you are cucking yourself with finasteride). And in many cultures women don't even have to work, which proves that willingness to work is a male behavior. Even in the west women almost never take jobs for money, and are willing to work for free, and essentially take nourturing jobs.
What can be a huge cause for laziness?
Porn addiction. When we are masturbating, or looking at naked women with aroused facial expressions, we are experiencing the only time when we are free of our moneyhunger. Our brain thinks it has accumulated enough wealth to be able to not do anything. Thats why i spend hours upon hours everyday masturbating, its to trick my brain into inaction. But with porn addiction we are also cucking ourself in the end.
So if you are poor you have to stop watching porn as a first step.
Thats atleast how i think selection have worked in the west. Maybe in poorer countries, women still take a homeless guy if he is hot.
