Bro no it’s a TikTok thing of some pred who got caught . People take Adderall for years and years with no issues, even food interacts with your dopamine system lol just take it easy and like anything enjoyable to your brain don’t go overboard

Status and money is important and if your not locked in and making bread then you should hop on stims and enjoy the leanmax

I've only used Concerta thus far, and it wasn't particularly helpful for focusing (great for appetite suppression tho).
I'm starting school again soon so I'm thinking of going on either Vyvanse or Ritalin. Hope my doc approves of them

Once I titrated to 50mg that is when i started noticing benefits. I could sit for hours without getting up just focus on what I'm doing, forgot about food while working and the biggest benefit for me was actually getting started on things I don't enjoy/don't wanna do.

just spam otc mucuna l dopa jfl go for 1000mg pure l dopa if your shitty supplement is like 40% mucuna go for 3000mg of that shit so you get 1200mg pure levodopa and take it with carbidopa to not fucking die

Been using vyvanse for a year now, it’s goated. Insane concentration boost for ADHDcels like me. Huge hunger suppression as well, can literally go the whole day without eating and have only one meal. Does increase anxiety a bit in my experience, but if you have a small dose of propanolol with it you pretty much feel normal again. I still feel higher inhib socially on it though.
