well i’m not WEAK for my age in the gym like i benched 85kg (187lbs) when i was 14 and i do 70kg (154lbs) for reps rn for normal sets

Bro i’m not even lying. That picture i took was me fully carb depleted for a few weeks, over 24 hour fasting and without flexing.

How old are you?

My frame looked shit at 16 and definitely matured and "grew" till I was 18/19

But theres no guarantee itll keep on improving

Carb depleting for what thats just retarded
I was cutting quickly with like 1500 calories max daily only eating animal products like chicken, steak and eggs daily and hitting 150g protein aswell

You need carbs not only for muscle growth, but for brain development and bone production, and youre doing a too harsh cut, im also 6'2 and my caloric maintenance is 3300kcals you should be eating like 2500 to be cutting

I only did that mini cut to get rid of some of that fat FAST. I’ve been back on carbs for like a month now 🤦‍♂️
