Calisthenics / jiu jitsu and barbell curls only, I don’t go to the gym.
What should I concentrate on?
15 years old, 5’9

Too much arm muscle and body torso a little too blocky but otherwise it's ok

Work on your back, maybe instead of curls do chin ups
