Your 2 dimensional math doesn’t work that easily. It’s a country where only 20% of the population knows English. Moreover an average English speaker in India would spend most of his time on reels, YouTube and the superficial web of the internet. That’s as much netizen as the 90% of the Indian English speakers can be.
